I'm Paula James, and my journey to becoming a movement specialist started with my own decade of chronic pain. 

Today, while I navigate ADHD, autoimmune challenges, and fluctuating energy levels, I remain pain-free—not through perfect routines or constant exercise, but through practical strategies that work with real life. 

My mission is to help you find that same freedom. No lectures about drinking more water or pushing harder. My approach includes real solutions that work for your unique body and brain.
